RAL Travel Claim

These Terms of Use govern your use of the RAL Travel Claim app provided by Ahluło Infrastructure ("we", "our", "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.
RAL Travel Claim is a productivity tool that helps users log work-related trips and generate travel claim documents in Excel and PDF format. The app is intended for professional use by individuals who need to submit travel claims to their employer.
RAL Travel Claim offers a monthly auto-renewable subscription at ZAR 499 per month. By subscribing, you agree to the following:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews each month unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your device's Settings under Apple ID, then Subscriptions.
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
You agree to use RAL Travel Claim only for its intended purpose of recording legitimate travel claims. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the trip data and claims you generate using the app.
The app, including its design, code, and content, is the property of Ahluło Infrastructure and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. The generated claim documents are tools to assist you; you remain responsible for verifying their accuracy before submission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ahluło Infrastructure shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any issues with claim submissions based on app-generated documents.
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the app if you violate these terms. You may stop using the app and cancel your subscription at any time.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
