RAL Travel Claim

Ahluło Infrastructure ("we", "our", "us") built the RAL Travel Claim app. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our app.
RAL Travel Claim is designed with your privacy in mind. All trip data, route details, and claim information you enter is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store your personal data on any external server.
The app stores the following information locally on your device: trip logs (dates, routes, distances), exported Excel claim files, PDF evidence portfolios, and subscription status. This data remains on your device and under your control.
RAL Travel Claim offers an auto-renewable subscription at ZAR 499 per month. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment details, credit card information, or Apple ID.
The app does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The only third-party service involved is Apple's StoreKit framework for managing subscriptions.
We do not sell, trade, or share any of your data with third parties. When you export a claim file or PDF, it is generated locally and shared only through the means you choose (e.g. email, AirDrop, or saving to files).
Since all data is stored on your device, you can delete it at any time by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the app. We retain no copies of your data.
RAL Travel Claim is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
